1. Website and availability
This website is operated by Bent Eisheuer and presents Youty. It has no checkout, paid tier, subscription, account, advertising, or user-content feature. Software availability, version, compatibility, and release files are determined by the current GitHub Release.
2. Software licenses
Youty's own source code is offered under the MIT License. Bundled models, frameworks, libraries, and other components remain subject to their own license terms and notices. The authoritative Youty license and third-party notices accompany the source and releases. Website-specific dependency and font notices are available in the website notices.
3. Platform access and third-party content
Youty acts on URLs you choose. You are responsible for ensuring that access, saving, and later use comply with the relevant platform terms and applicable law. Supported platforms may restrict automated extraction or accounts. Youty does not grant rights in third-party videos, transcripts, images, trademarks, or other source material merely because it stores local files. Supported services can change their rules or technical access at any time; Youty does not promise continued access to any particular platform or URL.
4. Mandatory rights and liability
Nothing on this website excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Open-source and third-party licenses may contain their own warranty and liability provisions; those provisions apply only within their lawful scope. Factual claims on this site describe the current published release and are subject to the stated system requirements.
